I understand that the above amount will be deducted from my credit card, and will be held as a deposit and used to pay the venue hire for my function. Terms & Conditions
All bookings are considered ‘tentative’ until deposit/roomhire fee has been received by the Hotel.
While the Hotel takes all reasonable care, we take no responsibility for damage, loss or injury to person or
property while at the Hotel. Damage to the Hotel or our property by either the hirer or their guests, will result
in replacement/repairs costs billed to the hirer via the credit card provided above.
Should your booking be cancelled with less than 28days notice, deposit/roomhire will not be refunded.
Management reserves the right to ask any person to leave the Premises. The Hotel supports & practices
responsible service of alcohol & will remove any patron that is intoxicated or unruly.
Management asks that guests respect our neighbours by leaving the Hotel quietly at the end of their event &
that noise in outside areas is kept to a moderate level. At 10pm music on the rooftop will be lowered
to ‘background’ & doors on the 1st floor Terrace must be kept shut.
The Hotel must be notified if any minors will be attending your function. If so the children must be pointed
out to security prior to commencement & must remain under supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
If minimum numbers are not met the Hotel reserves the right to a) withhold deposit/roomhire,
b) move your booking to a smaller area c) waive the exclusivity of your booking. A minimum bar spend of
$1800 applies to all rooftop terrace bookings on friday evenings during December.
