Our Food Packages require pre-order & payment. They are designed to take the stress out of ordering. The food component is generous in size & items have been tried & tested at 1000’s of successful functions.

Finger Food Packages

Package 1 (Finger food)

– Mini beef and burgundy pies, sausage rolls, spring rolls and samosas
– Hand made steamed, baked and fried dim sum
– Assorted breads, dips and seasonal vegetable dippers
– Satay chicken skewer with thai peanut sauce

 

Package 2 (Finger food)

– Tender beef fillet skewers with bearnaise sauce
– Beer battered flathead fillet with chips, tartare & lemon (mini chinese box)
– Chicken tandoori wrap with minted yogurt and julienne vegetables
– Pancetta, gorgonzola & caramelised onion tarts
– Assorted handmade steamed, baked and fried dim sum
– Crispy mushroom risotto balls with rocket pesto

 

Package 3 (Finger food)

– Tender beef fillet skewers with bearnaise sauce
– Beer battered flathead fillet with chips, tartare & lemon (mini chinese box)
– Deep fried mushroom risotto balls with rocket pesto
– Fresh king prawns with aioli
– Pancetta, gorgonzola & caramelised onion tarts

– Pancetta, gorgonzola & caramelised onion tarts
– Grilled Chorizo & bell pepper skewers with jalapeno mayo

– Seared scallops with pea puree & pancetta dust (Chinese spoon)

Sit-down Food Packages

Package 8 (Set menu – Sit down)

Entree (shared – served on platters to the table)
– Mezze: grilled haloumi, prosciutto, marinated olives, mushroom arancini balls, salads, dips & lightly toasted Turkish

Main (pre-ordered or served alternately)
– 300gm Grain Fed MSA porterhouse served with sweet potato chips, shiraz jus, rocket & parmesan salad
– Grilled Salmon Fillet with new potato & green bean salad & lime butter

Dessert (Served alternately)
– Boozy Tiramisu
– Baked ricotta cheese cake with vanilla bean ice cream

 

Package 9 (Set menu – Sit down)

Entree (shared – served on platters to the table)
– Mezze: grilled haloumi, prosciutto, marinated olives, mushroom arancini balls, salads, dips & lightly toasted Turkish
– Fresh Seafood: Sydney rock oyster, king prawns with aioli

Main (pre-ordered or served alternately)
– 400gm Rib Eye Fillet (on the bone) served with sweet potato mash, green beans & shiraz jus
– Grilled Salmon Fillet with salsa Verde. Served with an avocado, cucumber & cherry tomato salad

Dessert (Served alternately)
– Boozy Tiramisu
– Baked ricotta cheese cake with vanilla bean ice cream

 

Package 10 (BBQ Buffet)

– Flame Grilled Angus minute steak (grass fed)
– Slow roasted pulled pork
– Marinated Chicken Skewers
– Portobello Mushroom
– Fresh bread rolls
– Potato salad, Baby beetroot roast pumpkin & feta salad, garden salad
– Charred corn with lime paprika butter
– Pork, veal & fennel seed sausages

Package 11 (Surf & Turp Buffet)
